Love,
Kelly & Kenny
As we start planning and preparing for our special day, we would like to extend a sincere thank you for all of your support. In lieu of a traditional gift registry, we are simply suggesting financial donations to go towards a honeymoon and buying a flat.
We truly appreciate your generosity and kindness. To contribute to our fund, select from the options to send either USD🇺🇸 or GBP 🇬🇧.
If you do not wish to send money electronically, cash or checks are also welcome.
This vibrant city offers plenty of activities to keep you entertained. In April, Glasgow has daylight from roughly 6 AM - 9 PM, so take advantage of the long days!
Take a stroll along a cobblestone street to witness beautiful stone architecture or explore the greenery at one of the city's many parks and gardens such as the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Park. At night, explore intimate bars and pubs, indulge in culinary delights ranging from Michelin starred farm-to-table restaurants to late night visits to a chippie for a pizza crunch, fish supper, or roll and chips. All sorts of live music are available nightly around the city, as well as comedy, dance, and theatre productions. Don't forget to visit the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the Burrell Collection to get your fill of visual art or visit the Tenement House or People's Palace for a glimpse into Glasgow's history. For music lovers, make sure to visit Monorail for the best selection of vinyl, CDs, and music books. For fellow vintage and charity shop lovers, nearby Byres Rd, Great Western Rd, and Dumbarton Rd are treasure troves.
You may also wish to take day trips outside of Glasgow to explore nearby cities such as Edinburgh, Stirling, or Dundee. Scotland's largest lake, the picturesque Loch Lomond, is just a short drive or train trip away. Within 45 minutes, you can reach a number of beautiful beaches, castles, and seaside resort towns along the western coast of Scotland. Visit the Highlands and witness Scotland's incredible landscapes, or book a tour at one of the country's many famous whisky distilleries. Remember, in Scotland its just called whisky; not Scotch!
No matter what your preference, there's something for everyone in Scotland!
